Stayed in Old Quarter for 3 nights, got around via GrabCar
Night market - dancing, double dutch, games, full of life
Cooking class - shopped at market got delicious dessert, made spring rolls, salad, stuffed tofu, eggplant clay pot
Ho Chi Minh Museum - elaborate and artsy
Water Puppet Theater - lots of lights and fire effects made it fun

3 days with Vega Travel and we liked them!
Kayaked through a cave to an opening and watched some monkeys 🐒 climbing about
Climbed to the top of Tip Top island and swam in the ocean as the sun set
Explored caverns - turtle shapes, lucky places to rub, and lay money
Bicycled and hiked on Cat Ba Island
Hoi An
It had just flooded - 2 meters, so much of the town was in clean-up mode. Many delicious mango smoothies were had here.
Old Town ticket - assembly halls > old houses
Quick jaunt to An Bang beach, a bit rough to swim, so only waded
My Son Sanctuary tour - impressive cluster of temples in various state of ruin due to US bombing
Got a beautiful custom dress made here, picked out all the fabrics and cuts
Fun fact: a motorbike can pull 2 cows in a trailer!
